The pattern testing is complete and to celebrate, Terri Stegmiller is hosting a blog hop and a giveaway. And I am part of it- this is exciting for me since this is my first blog hop and first giveaway and as well, it was my first pattern testing!! The blog hop includes a stop on Terri’s blog as well as hops to the blogs of her 8 pattern testers(including me). The pattern testers made one of 2 patterns that Terri designed, making it with whatever technique they chose. Please visit all the blogs to see the wonderful work: so many pretty kitties, so many different techniques!!
And on each blog there is an opportunity to win a copy of one the 2 patterns shown here:
For those who haven’t seen my quilt based on Terri’s Butterfly Moments pattern, this is it:
To make my quilt, the techniques I used included “Made Fabric”, raw-edge applique, trapunto and free motion quilting(details can be seen in previous posts including: https://marshaleith.wordpress.com/2013/11/12/the-cat-quilt-is-finished/ and https://marshaleith.wordpress.com/2013/10/28/a-start-on-pattern-testing-for-terri/).
Please leave a comment below for your chance to win a copy of one of Terri’s patterns. You get to choose which pattern you’d like, either Paws in the Garden or Butterfly Moments. The pattern will be provided to you in PDF document format, which you download and print yourself. It will be delivered to your email address so be sure to provide contact information when you comment.
A winner will be randomly drawn the morning of Friday, December 13.
Please visit all of the following blogs for more chances to win (each blog will have a winner):
Teresa Raleigh – A Quilt and a Prayer
Joy Manoleros – Bjoyful Studio
