This challenge(FRAY) was an easy one for me since I work a lot with fabric and it is always fraying. Sometimes I take advantage of the fraying, by using frayed edges as part of the design. This is a fabric collage on an index card for part of a challenge I did over the course of the summer. Lots of frayed edges and fraying threads:
