I am going to make an attempt to participate In Nancy Merrill’s photography challenge for 2017. You can read about the challenge here. Basically, she comes up with a theme and posts a photo that she think fits the theme on each Thursday. My task(as well as others following her meme) is to interpret her theme and post a photograph that I think fits the theme before the following Thursday, when a new theme is started.
This week’s theme is extravagance. Since my hubby and I go to lots of car shows, it is easy to find extravagance there. Like this Ferrari F430 which was manufactured from 2004 to 2009 and was priced at about $200,000 brand new….and yikes I just found out that Donald Trump sold his Ferrari F430 for $270,000 at auction just 2 weeks ago(twice the going value for most F430s).
I took this photo at a 2016 car show when my husband was walking past it…taking a closer look. Of course I took the photo just for the warped reflection…

The reflection is more precious than this Ferrari, and it is a very special car. Keep up your excellent photography.

I love the shiny warped reflections in expensive cars and have seen plenty as my son loves to visit these kind of shows too!

Excellent reflection! I like the distortion caused by the car’s lines and angles.
