The Red River in Winnipeg is usually quite choppy so it was quite a surprise the other day when the water surface was smooth as ice…and the city was reflected nicely. On the left is the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, and in the middle is the Esplanade Riel…with most of the city’s skyscrapers in between:
