Monday Murals: Lockport

A drive up to Lockport, Manitoba to see the pelicans also gave me this week’s mural. The mural is located underneath the bridge that crosses the Red River on top of the St. Andrews Lock and Dam. It was painted by Hubert Théroux  in 2010 and depicts the opening ceremony of the Locks in 1910.
